Cambridge Prize Giving 2026

Posted by: MPW - 10 June 2026 - Celebration of Achievements - Read time: 2

As the academic year draws to a close, MPW Cambridge’s annual Prize Giving Afternoon on Friday 29th May provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate the amazing achievements of our students.

Students (both past and present), parents, guardians and staff gathered for the event in the grand surroundings of the Freemason’s Hall, just a stone’s throw from the college.

Ann Meisner, Principal of MPW Cambridge, opened proceedings with her reflections on the past academic year, and life at the college. We heard from a number of current students about their experiences of the college, what makes it special, and advice to their peers about how they can make the most of the opportunities on offer.

We also heard a poignant story from a parent about the positive, life-changing impact the college had on her daughter’s education. It was evident through everyone’s words that MPW Cambridge is a college community that is close-knit, supportive and purposeful.

And on that latter point, the awards themselves provided ample evidence of the magic that comes from such an environment. It was inspiring to see so many students receive awards for their outstanding academic performance and contribution to college life. Congratulations to all of the winners!
