This intensive 20-hour course focuses on the Core Pure Mathematics component of A level Further Mathematics, which accounts for 50% of the qualification and is common to all examination boards. Teaching will primarily use Pearson (Edexcel) examination questions, with additional practice from other exam boards incorporated during the final two days to broaden students’ experience of different question styles.

The course covers all major Core Pure topics, including:
• Proof
• Complex numbers
• Matrices
• Further algebra and functions
• Further calculus
• Further vectors
• Polar coordinates
• Hyperbolic functions
• Differential equations

Designed to strengthen understanding and improve examination technique, the course provides extensive practice with challenging exam-style questions and fully worked solutions.
