The course
Business is a subject that delves into the theory behind how businesses operate and how their various functions respond to changes. Paper 1: Business Activity, Marketing, and People
Duration: 90 minutes
Weight: 50% of the final grade (80 marks)
This paper focuses on how internal factors impact businesses, including employee motivation and how it influences efficiency.
Paper 2: Operations, Finance, and Influences on Business
Duration: 90 minutes
Weight: 50% of the final grade (80 marks)
This paper covers topics such as total quality management and how financial management drives business operations. Students will be tested through a mix of short and long-answer questions.
