The Celebration of Achievements is one of the highlights of the academic calendar at MPW.

Celebration of Achievements 2018

The thirteen main prizewinners came from many academic categories from A level as well as GCSE. However, the whole class of 2018 received certificates, celebrating their efforts and emphasising the fact that excellent academic grades are only one part of what our students achieve.

MPW Cambridge top 1% of all schools in the country for A level value added

DfE puts MPW Cambridge in the top 1% of all schools in the country for A level value added, placing us 26th out of all 2786 schools and colleges in the country offering A levels.

Celebration of achievements 2017

It is an evening that we look forward to each year - our annual celebration of our students' achievement. This year the event took place on Monday 11th December at the Pitt Building in Cambridge.

Moving Image Awards

Charlie Ritchie was one of the judges at the WJEC Moving Image Awards 2016 at the BFI Southbank last week. It is the WJEC exam board ‘Oscars’, and an annual celebration of the best student work in Film & Media Studies.

The Celebration of Achievement Awards Evening - December 12th 2016

Every year we hold an evening to celebrate the achievements of those students who have moved on to the next stage of their journey. Prizes are awarded for Best student going on to study Medicine, Best student going on to study Economics, Best student going on to study Maths, Best upper sixth student, Best lower sixth student and best one year student, amongst others.

Celebration of Achievement Evening 2015

On Monday 14th December our annual celebration of achievement awards evening took place. It is always a delight to recognise the talent and achievements of the class of 2015. It was another excellent year for MPW Cambridge, with a 100% A level pass rate and 70% of all A level awards being graded A*, A or B. 74% of our GCSE results were A* to C.

Celebration of Achievement Evening 2014

It was really excellent to welcome so many old friends back to MPW for our annual celebration of achievement awards evening. This year it took place on Monday 15th December in the ornate surroundings of the Cambridge Masonic Hall.
